Upcoming 2020 Volleyball Season!!

 

 


LCVB- 2020

If you have not signed up for the summer remind please do so, that will be the

Below you will find a 30 DAY CHALLENGE that can be done at home. Additionally, there is a calendar of dates where we will be able to get outside and work on some volleyball skills as well as cardio.

 

 

There are strict rules that need to be followed and if at time you do not feel well please do not attend the optional practice dates. In order to participate you must have the 2020-21 MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire fully filled out and turned in. Additionally at every conditioning/practice the coach will have a monitoring form that needs to be filled out. If you have a fever you will be sent home so please do not show up if you do. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!! There is a limit on how many athletes can participate so it will be a first come first play.
