Ben graduated from LC in 2003. He wrestled and played football for all four years. He received a scholarship for football from Urbana University, in Ohio. Unfortunately, he was injured during his first year and was not able to continue playing.
From there, he decided to start working. Ben started at Petitpren which is a beverage distributor, which he turned into a full time career, as a delivery driver. A few years ago, he decided to get back involved with his passion and got back into football and wrestling. This is his third year back with LC athletics. He was an assistant coach for the JV football team,and was a assistant with the wrestling team before becoming head coach. Ben has been married since 2010, and has two amazing daughters.
