The L’Anse Creuse Freshmen team started out the season on top winning first place at the 2021 Warren Woods Tower Freshmen Tournament! In a three-team pool (2 games with three sets each) they saw Roseville and Mott. LC won all three sets vs Roseville 26-24, 25-10, 25-19, and two sets vs Mott 25-9, 25-22, 14-25. Taking first in Pool B they played Pool A second-place team WWT to start off the Gold bracket. LC beat Tower 2-1, 16-25, 25-11, 15-10. For the gold medal game, LC took on Mott again winning in two sets, 25-22, 25-18.
