The Lady Lancers took a hard loss against Port Huron High school Thursday night with a close score of 68-73. However, LC had many great swims with many time drops by swimmers.

Swimmers that received best times in their events, included: Sara Carrette in both the 200-yard and 100-yard freestyle, Gabrielle Kramer in both the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle, Anya Periappuram in the 100-yard freestyle, Maddy Jecewski in the 500-yard freestyle, Yesenia Castano and Adurey Philip in the 100-yard backstroke,, and Georgia Wenner and Jamie Failer in the 100-yard breaststroke. 

Also, Audrey Philip swam the 100-yard freestyle for the first time this season and did great!

Overall, this was a great meet for the swim team. Come cheer our Lady Lancers on at our next meet, which takes place at LC at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 23rd against Marine City High School. We hope to see you there!
