Lancer Cross Country
The LC Cross Country team is off and running but is looking for more runners! Boys and girls of any grade are welcomed! No prior cross country experience needed. If interested, please contact Coach Celeste (celestetyson@gmail.com) or Coach Grain (dajachrigr@gmail.com).
Conditioning has began. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 10am. Meet at the track turnstile to get screened. Please contact coaches for detailed schedule changes, additions, etc.
